When my mother was four months pregnant with me, she had an emergency appendectomy. In order to remove her appendix, the surgical team had to first lift and move me over, then return me back in place before closing her up. With two miscarriages before me and one after, my mom was determined not to lose me. Clearly, I was meant to be here!

Throughout my life, I have always been interested in teaching, healing and all things natural. I began my professional career as a special education teacher. My holistic health practice began after my own transformational experience in healing some health challenges through nutrition. I expanded my practice over the years, diving into various modalities that called to my soul. The most recent deep dive, beginning three years ago, has been sound healing with Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls. My work with the bowls connects the dots between all of my training, weaving everything together and moving my offerings to the next level. It is truly a soul’s calling, both personally and professionally.

My voice is my superpower. People say that my speaking voice is soothing, nurturing and healing, that my singing voice is angelic, and when combined with the crystal bowls it becomes otherworldly. My students say that I have a gift of storytelling in a powerfully compelling manner, that captivates the attention and hearts of my listeners. I have a strong intuitive connection with the unseen realms, both of heaven and earth. I teach esoteric subjects in a down to earth, practical manner, making them easy to understand and apply to your life.

I have always been a good listener, holding a sacred space for people to share their stories. Whether it be my clients or strangers on airplanes, they trustingly confide in me, perhaps sharing parts of themselves they have never told anyone before. There is healing in the telling and healing in the compassionate listening.  

I have lived almost 7 decades on the planet, growing up in the Midwest and living coast to coast, from Boston to California. With extensive professional training and experience, combined with many mystical adventures, I have a lot of wisdom to share. As long as people are willing to listen, I will continue to share my insights and stories and to sing the songs of my soul.
