Each 90-minute class concludes with a powerful sound healing meditation, featuring Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls, specifically designed to deepen and enhance the topic of each gathering. The focus for this week is on honoring our sacred earth with a specific focus on the element of air and the guardian elementals.
