Learn about our connection with different unseen realms, available to us for guidance, healing and inspiration. Each week we will explore various aspects of this topic from both a physical and metaphysical perspective.

Each 90 minute gathering concludes with a powerful 30-minute sound healing meditation to integrate and enhance the focus of the class while held within a safe and compassionate circle. Amy combines her angelic voice with her choir of crystal bowls for a truly transcendent experience.
